Trust Attendance Officer

🎓 We’re Hiring a Trust Attendance Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient professional with significant experience of improving attendance within a school, trust or local authority setting. You will have a thorough understanding of attendance legislation, safeguarding responsibilities and effective intervention strategies, together with the ability to analyse attendance data and translate this into meaningful action plans that improve outcomes for pupils.

You will be an excellent communicator, confident in building strong relationships with academy leaders, families and external agencies, whilst providing both support and appropriate challenge. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and committed to ensuring that every child has access to the education they deserve. You will embody the Aldridge Education Operating Norms and strive for excellence in everything you do.
